Job summary

Google's Pixel Privacy and Security team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to apply AI-driven methods to assess and harden device security. You will use advanced models to scan for vulnerabilities and guide security testing across Pixel features.

You will partner with silicon and operating system teams to ensure high-quality reviews and secure designs, while contributing to code safety and scalable, next-generation security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and AI-augmented security assessments to identify logic flaws and exploit paths in low-level platform code.

• Partner across silicon and operating system engineering to implement secure designs and resolve logic vulnerabilities.
