Crusoe is building the future of AI infrastructure with an energy-first approach and a mission to accelerate AI compute. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and ship modular microservices on top of our cloud platform, turning stakeholder needs into production-ready capabilities that enhance delivery and revenue.

You will work with Go, Python, Java, or C#, building on GCP and Kubernetes, and own the reliability and observability of your services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production backend or platform services.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience designing microservices and APIs (gRPC/REST) in distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres and event-driven systems such as Kafka.
• A track record of leading projects end-to-end and raising the bar for engineers around you.

About the Role

Crusoe's Platform Engineering team builds the services that automate how we manage our cloud fleet. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and ship modular microservices on top of our underlying infrastructure, turning stakeholder requirements into platform capabilities that directly drive feature delivery and revenue.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Design, build, and operate microservices that automate fleet provisioning, lifecycle, and capacity management

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Compensation

Compensation will be paid in the range of $170,000 - $205,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
