Requirements

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts along with 5+ years of applied experience, plus demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability.
• We need hands-on development experience with Java, Spring or Spring Boot, and microservices.
• We look for experience leading software engineering teams, with emphasis on individual development and team performance.

• We need strong command of the full software development life cycle.
