Job summary

Tyler Technologies, based in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support our electronic payments platform within the Payments Team. You will contribute to development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications, collaborating with project teams, business partners, and technical staff.

The role emphasizes full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with focus on APIs, services, and data models.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of professional software development experience, or equivalent.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing software with C#/.NET, or strong experience in a comparable technology and the ability to work effectively in a .NET environment.
• Experience designing and working with SQL databases and data models.
• Familiarity with REST API design and development.
• Clear communication and the ability to work through technical questions with colleagues and product partners.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Experience with .NET Core or modern .NET is a plus.
