Qualifications

• Familiarity with Unit Testing and related tools or frameworks.
• Hands-on MongoDB experience that survives a whiteboard interview.
• Working understanding of both Critical Thinking and Flask in real-world settings.
• At least 7 years of standing behind your own estimates.

Responsibilities

• Keep the MongoDB build pipeline green so Concord deploys never wait on a red light
• Lead technical design reviews for senior technology initiatives
• Set the Node.js coding standards the rest of TechPioneer Inc engineering follows
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Node.js
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Concord, CA production without dropping the baton
• Keep PostgreSQL schemas backward-compatible so TechPioneer Inc never forces a breaking upgrade
