You will mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, stay current with crypto trends, and collaborate across teams in an agile, cloud-based environment. A 6+ year track record with Java, C++, or Scala and distributed systems is required.

You will participate in solutions for new features and products, helping to drive innovation to bring new value to users. You will contribute to the technical direction and engineering culture within the Protocols team, leveling-up junior engineers in the process. You will also help drive operational excellence in our systems and processes. Our goal is to design, develop, deploy, and support customer-facing and distributed systems that serve millions of customers, with a focus on safety, security, and customer experience.
