Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Onboarding team to build backend systems powering user onboarding and KYC across the company’s products and geographies. You will own scalable services and contribute to rapid expansion while meeting compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services in a service‑oriented architecture.
• Proven track record designing distributed systems that operate reliably at scale, including experience with cloud‑native tooling (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Golang or a similar statically‑typed language, with demonstrated ability to write well‑tested, production‑grade code.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end delivery of platform capabilities, from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Onboarding team, you'll build the systems that power user onboarding and KYC across every the company product and market. This team enables the company to launch in new countries and ship new products quickly while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):

$191,100—$191,100 SGD
