Responsibilities

As a member of the engineering team, you will:

• Design, develop and deliver enterprise‑grade software products and services.
• Build and maintain AI‑powered analytics platforms and data‑driven solutions.
• Apply continuous integration/continuous delivery practices, unit testing, and automation in cloud environments.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the technical direction of the product.

Qualifications

• Mid‑level to lead experience as a Software Engineer using Java, Python, C++ or C#.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, and deployment automation in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in applying emerging technologies to solve complex software engineering problems.
• Prior experience in financial services or big tech is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $129,700 – $216,100 (varies by location). The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
