Job summary

FreedomPay is seeking an experienced software engineer in New York to join a fast-paced Agile team. You will develop and test enterprise applications using .NET, SQL, and modern SPA frameworks, while upholding security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application development and testing with .NET and SQL.
• Strong web development using MVC and jQuery.
• Experience with SPA frameworks: React, Angular, Redux, TypeScript.
• Familiar with Git and secure coding practices.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to estimate tasks accurately and work in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Work within an Agile Scrum team to create stories, tasks, estimates, and delivery each Sprint.
• Analyze requirements and translate specifications into system designs.
• Collaborate in selecting software development tools and frameworks.
• Influence product design by championing maintainability and quality.
• Define projects, tasks, and release deliverables and ensure test coverage.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and adapt to evolving environments.
