Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in North Logan, Utah for a hybrid schedule (1–2 days in the office weekly). You will design, develop, test, and document software for enterprise applications, collaborating across teams throughout the SDLC.

Required is a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 5+ years of equivalent experience, with strong .NET/C# and OO design skills. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of related Software Engineering / Enterprise Software Development experience.
  • Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Expertise using .NET, C#, and object‑oriented design.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software programs to meet customer requirements and scope of work.
  • Review, analyze, encode, test, debug, and document programming systems.
  • Work within project teams to accomplish deliverables across the Software Development Lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation).
  • Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.
