Job summary

You will monitor health and performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis, while collaborating with project managers to resolve client-reported issues and improve release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and operational environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience with .NET applications, AWS, and deployment/release processes
• Strong SQL skills, including query development, stored procedures, data analysis, and troubleshooting data issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Monitor application health, performance, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and data processing failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve client-reported issues.
• Maintain deployment scripts and environment configurations.
• Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Support AWS-hosted environments, cloud resources, scalability, monitoring, and logging.
• Troubleshoot .NET applications and services and support enhancements and defect resolution.
• Develop utility programs, automation tools, and operational scripts.
