Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET 8.0 applications in a AWS-driven environment. You will leverage 7+ years of hands-on development, 2+ years Python scripting, and expertise in secure authentication to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

You will architect cloud-based systems on AWS, work with MarkLogic NoSQL databases, and drive data transfers and migrations securely while collaborating with architects and business teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• 2+ years of Python scripting for automation.
• 5+ years designing cloud solutions on AWS.
• Experience with secure auth protocols (PingID, JWT).
• Experience with MarkLogic NoSQL databases.
• Strong data migration and file transfer skills.
• Experience with modern web tech (React, HTML5).
• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable .NET 8.0 applications.
• Use Python for scripting and automation.
• Architect cloud solutions on AWS with 5+ years' experience.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization (PingID, JWT).
• Develop databases including MarkLogic NoSQL.
• Lead data transfer and migration initiatives securely.

• Work from defined requirements via JIRA; no requirement gathering.
