Based in Waltham, Massachusetts, this hybrid position will act as the primary Platform Engineering leader in the United States, blending hands‑on backend development with infrastructure modernization and developer experience initiatives. Java and Kotlin expertise will be central to the role.

This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving problems at scale and enabling other engineers to work more effectively. You'll help define the internal engineering platform, influence technical direction across multiple teams, and champion the use of AI-powered tooling throughout the software delivery process.
