Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to sustain mission software and enable interoperability across platforms in Maryland. You will shape integration, data flows, and policy compliance for mission-critical programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with software, systems, security, and mission stakeholders, along with ongoing modernization and performance improvements. A strong security background and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph; sponsorship not available.
• U.S. Citizenship required; visas not sponsored.
• 20+ years of Software Engineering experience on programs with similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Five years of demonstrated cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide software and systems engineering, Information Assurance, and testing support for mission efforts.
• Sustain existing mission software and integrated capabilities.
• Maintain interoperability with upstream and downstream systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system data flows across interconnected environments.
• Develop and refactor software to improve interoperability within the platform.
• Support build, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with mission partners to integrate and operate capabilities.
• Maintain standards and policy compliance across supported systems.
• Investigate issues and implement technical solutions.
• Modify existing software to improve performance and functionality.
• Participate in software testing and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain technical and system documentation.
