DXC Technology Company in the United States is seeking a seasoned software engineer to contribute to the development of complex components. You will write, test, and debug code while collaborating with teammates to meet project requirements and participate in design and code reviews.

You will provide technical expertise, solve challenging problems, help define software requirements, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry
Proficiency in 1+ programming languages and development methodologies
Strong programming and debugging skills
Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
Willingness to own complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code for complex components
Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements and participate in design and code reviews
Provide technical expertise and act as a subject matter expert
Assist in solving complex technical challenges and researching solutions
Participate in defining software requirements and specifications
Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
