Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead software development projects, design and implement solutions, and ensure code quality on Linux platforms. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will write modern C++ for video streaming components, participate in architecture decisions, conduct reviews, and drive new technical initiatives with PoCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years engineering experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to define approaches and solutions and mentor others

Responsibilities

• Own development, testing, and integration of new software components
• Contribute to architecture of high-performance video streaming on Linux
• Write clean, efficient C++ code focused on performance and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Lead new technical initiatives by researching frameworks/libraries and building proofs of concept
