Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software.
• Proficient in C, C++, Python, Go, Rust, or modern TypeScript/React application development.
• Linux expertise with containerized deployment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clean interfaces.
• Willingness to relocate to Washington, DC or Orange County, CA, or be based there.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• US security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable services, data models, and APIs powering cyber products.
• Integrate cyber tools into the Lattice platform via SDKs or integrations.
• Collaborate with customers and program teams on mission deployments.
• Contribute to technical leadership and long-term maintainability.
• Design distributed systems across edge and enterprise networks.
• Incorporate AI/LLM-enabled workflow features where appropriate.
• Contribute to core Lattice platform and product expansion.
