Ridgeline, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Investment Performance and Analytics platform in New York.

You will contribute to designing and building a next‑gen performance and attribution system using AWS-based back end, OLAP databases, and AI-enabled development practices. Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with architecting and designing new products/technologies.
• Proficient in Kotlin or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with OLAP or Columnar databases and query optimization.
• Strong data modeling skills for analytical use cases.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Contribute design skills and technical expertise to a team where design, strategy, and engineering collaborate closely.
• Be involved in the entire software development process, from requirements and design reviews through implementation.
• Impact a developing tech stack based on AWS back-end services.
• Participate in the creation and construction of developer-based automation for scalable, high-quality applications.
