Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering with ownership of high-reliability services.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling service-oriented architectures in Go, Java, or a comparable backend language.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems with correctness, availability, and data integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and raise the bar on code quality.
• Familiarity with relational data stores, gRPC/Protobuf, and observability tooling in a cloud-native environment.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

What you'll do:

• Own the design and delivery of new financing products and features, from architecture through production launch, ensuring correctness and safety across high-value lending operations.
