Nimble is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team, building secure, reliable, and scalable platforms across cloud, on‑premise, and robot-facing systems. You will lead security reviews, design guardrails, and drive incident response while mentoring engineers and expanding observability.
You will work on automation, reliability patterns, and production readiness, shaping the long-term infrastructure roadmap and engineering best practices at Nimble.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team, focused on building secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for Nimble’s software services, robotics products, embedded systems, and business operations. You will work across cloud, production, corporate, and robot-facing systems to identify and remediate security, reliability, and operational risks in designs, implementations, integrations, and processes. This role is deeply hands‑on: you will build secure‑by‑default platforms, improve observability, automate detection and remediation, strengthen incident response, and help engineering teams operate resilient systems in production. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development projects, including design, implementation, automated testing, field testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $200,000 and $260,000/year. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity for this position.
