Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer III for a hybrid role with in-office days across multiple western offices including Renton, WA. You will develop complex, maintainable code, participate in CI/CD, and mentor others in modern API design and security best practices.

The position requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years across multi-platform environments. Expect collaboration with distributed teams and a focus on robust data handling and API development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to work in a distributed team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develops and/or directs the creation of efficient and maintainable program code.
• Belongs to Communities of Practice and may hold Team Champion roles.
• Develops complex programs and systems to support business processes and objectives.
• Performs testing and documentation as part of SDLC and CI/CD.
• Meets deadlines with a high level of quality and provides status updates.
• Mentors junior teammates in TDD, BDD, and CI/CD practices.
