Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to lead complex initiatives on the Nliven platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and champion Continuous Delivery across a cross-functional, empowered product team.

The role emphasizes deep .NET Core expertise, modern frontend skills (React/Angular/Vue), SRE mindset, and a customer-focused approach to architecture and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Seven or more years of full stack software development in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Strong back-end / API experience (.NET Core).
• Deep understanding of SQL databases and data modeling best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile framework and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms (payments, CRM, identity providers) and their APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large, complex projects from conception to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable code across the full tech stack with emphasis on security and scalability.
• Architect solutions aligned with business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including system designs and API contracts.
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices and patterns.
• Define and evolve coding standards and design principles across the org.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.
