Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS/SE with 3 years’ software engineering experience or equivalent.
• Or 5 years’ software engineering experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design preferred.
• Experience building scalable, data-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into scalable solutions, write high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that challenge the status quo.
• Support the business by addressing technical feasibility, implementation strategies, system implications, and guiding users to appropriate resources.
• Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis, action planning, resolution execution, and comprehensive documentation.
• Apply current expertise to improve action plans, align with business goals, and advocate best practices.
• Build stakeholder partnerships, implement business solutions, adapt to change, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards.
• Develop high-performance, scalable big data ETL solutions.
