Job summary

PMA Financial Network in Naperville, IL or Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to help build the next generation of web and cloud-based financial applications for local governments and financial institutions.

You will design UI and backend services, collaborate with architects, and optimize performance to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires about three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 7+ years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end business solutions with web user interfaces, APIs and database components.
• Design, develop and maintain UI and back-end services with reusable code.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable performance and alignment with product strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices to improve in-house capabilities.
• Lead and mentor junior developers where appropriate.
