Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, is seeking a software engineer to participate in cross-disciplined teams, driving full lifecycle product development from architecture to field support.

You will work with JavaScript, C++, and Python in an agile environment, aligning with SEI maturity standards and collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience working in various phases of the software development lifecycle using Javascript, C++, and Python.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle process including Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment that requires communication with other engineering disciplines, Program, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
