Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and support healthcare state reporting and compliance systems. You will work with Product, QA, and Analysts to deliver scalable, compliant software for complex data workflows in a remote US setting.

The role requires 5+ years in DOT.NET, strong SQL Server/SSRS, and ASP.NET/C#.Net expertise, with a focus on quality and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years in DOT.NET software development.
• Healthcare domain experience with EDI transactions (270/271, 835/837, 276/277), Medicaid/Medicare, HIPAA, PPACA.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge and SSRS reporting experience.
• Proficient in .NET infrastructure, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and jQuery; hands-on with MS technologies.
• Ability to research, learn, and apply best practices; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and design software, develop new modules, enhancements, and integrations.
• Debug issues and analyze requirements to deliver compliant solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit tests, and participate in design sessions.
• Refactor and optimize code; ensure timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Analysts, and customer teams; explore new technologies.
