Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership and end-to-end ownership.
• Familiarity with SEO systems at scale; crawling, indexing, content generation, templating, structured data, canonicalization, internationalization a plus.
• Data and experimentation rigor; defining success metrics, controlled experiments, analyzing results.
• Operational excellence; reliable pipelines with observability, alerting, and runbooks.
• Systems thinking across the stack; tradeoffs across ingestion, storage, serving, quality controls.
• Cross-functional partnership; collaborate with Product, Data, and Design.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for SEO/AEO systems at scale.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of major initiatives from design through launch and operation.
• Raise the bar on reliability, quality, and observability across pipelines and services.
• Drive rigorous experimentation and measurement loops with product, data and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and multiply the team; set engineering standards and review designs.
