Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead and contribute to mission-critical government software projects. You will develop, sustain, and troubleshoot the GHOSTGEM and DINO software suites, implementing, testing, and integrating with COTS, GOTS, and FOSS components.

You will apply Linux CLI, Bash, Python, and modern containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver robust solutions, using NoSQL databases like MongoDB and CI/CD practices with GitLab

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• 5+ years of related experience
• Security clearance required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting GHOSTGEM's software suite incl. DINO; implement, test, and integrate with other COTS, GOTS, and FOSS products.
• Position requires Linux CLI, Bash scripting, Python development, and experience with NoSQL databases and containerization technologies.
