Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, or Go).
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields preferred.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in academic or industry settings.
• Experience developing accessible technologies, code health, diagnosis/resolution, and software test engineering; Generative AI Agents experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic architecture, tools, and features for scalable, low-latency data access and analysis grounded in users’ health and fitness data.
• Write production-grade code and evals to enable secure data retrieval layers and investigative tools.
• Identify product gaps and suggest feature improvements for long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and frontend engineers to refine user experience and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design and code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
