Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Google Distributed Cloud Hosted, Infrastructure team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will drive development on large-scale distributed systems, contribute from design to deployment, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will join the Node Platform team focused on delivering consistent cloud experiences across edge and enterprise deployments, with emphasis on openness, security, and data sovereignty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 years with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.
• 3 years with operating systems.
• Experience with building and maintaining Linux distributions.
