Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or work-related experience.

• Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software components and services within an assigned domain.
• Implements well-scoped features and enhancements using coding standards and best practices.
• Contributes to reliability, scalability, and performance by writing high-quality, maintainable code and performing peer reviews.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver planned initiatives on schedule.
• Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves defects and production issues; applies root-cause analysis.
• Participates in full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Applies secure coding practices and documentation standards.
• Leverages frameworks and tools to build and enhance applications across domains.
