As a Software Engineer specializing in memory bring-up, you will lead the post-silicon enablement and optimization of high-speed memory subsystems (such as low-power double data rate (LPDDRx)) for Google’s custom silicon. Bridging the gap between hardware and software, you will develop the critical initialization firmware and diagnostic software that ensures high performance, stability, and reliability at scale across the Pixel product portfolio.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
