Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10-15 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ (modern C++ preferred).
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Extensive experience developing desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Demonstrated expertise in multithreaded programming, synchronization mechanisms, and concurrent application design.
• Experience with asynchronous programming patterns and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.
• Experience using source control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop applications using C++, C#, and WPF.
• Architect and implement multithreaded and concurrent software solutions to maximize system performance and responsiveness.
• Develop software that interfaces with hardware components, instrumentation, motion control systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to define software requirements and system architectures.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and reliability for mission-critical environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software development best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test procedures.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
