Job summary

Forge is seeking a Software Engineer to support CADS and related customer/account domain work for critical Schwab integration and migration efforts. The role requires 2-3 days in the office in San Francisco, CA.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of production systems experience and is proficient in backend development with C#, .NET, Java, or TypeScript, plus API design and relational databases like PostgreSQL. Remote work not offered.

The Role:

This Software Engineer will support CADS and related customer/account domain work for critical Schwab integration and future-state migration efforts. Added US coverage will reduce delivery and knowledge concentration risk while supporting customer data, account lifecycle, legal entity, accreditation, KYC, and identity integration needs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, delivery-oriented, and comfortable working across highly integrated financial systems

Location: This role requires 2-3 days a week in office in San Francisco, CA.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, broker-dealer, or regulated environments.


• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or modern cloud-native architecture.


• Working knowledge of private markets

For residents of San Francisco, CA the annual salary range for this role is $168,000-$200,000 + annual bonus.. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors
