Senior Software Engineer – Core ATS

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of a system that is elegant today and will scale in the future.
• Make foundational technical decisions that will define how the ATS evolves for years to come.
• Directly collaborate with customers, ensuring that what we build addresses the needs of large‑scale modern recruiting teams.
• Own product features end‑to‑end, from ideation to implementation.
• Build and scale user‑facing features with TypeScript, React, Python, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Ensure scalability and reliability by collaborating with other engineers on data model, architecture, and product decisions.
• Stay close to customers, gathering direct feedback to inform design and development decisions.
• Mentor and guide teammates, sharing your technical expertise and helping elevate the engineering bar.
• Influence company and product direction, making decisions that have immediate visible impact on customers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality solutions.

Compensation

Yearly cash compensation range: $190,000-$260,000 (based on level), plus equity and benefits.
