Our teams deliver mission-critical engineering and technical expertise directly to government customers supporting national security. We're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This is not a traditional software development role. You'll help develop advanced software and algorithms that automate intelligence workflows, process complex sensor data, and support technical intelligence analysis for national security missions. The Government also identifies experience with Persistent Infrared (PIR) extraction analysis, dynamic target and event analysis, automated PIR workflow development, and Python programming as highly desired for this effort.
Successful candidates are comfortable solving difficult technical problems rather than simply maintaining existing applications. You'll work closely with engineers and analysts to transform complex sensor data into automated workflows that improve intelligence production and mission effectiveness.
