Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working within heavily regulated or compliance-driven industries.
• Strong development experience with C# and Python.
• Proven ability to work across interconnected enterprise or embedded systems.
• Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience balancing hands-on development with documentation ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software applications that support sophisticated hardware and software ecosystems.
• Convert business and technical needs into well-defined system and software requirements.
• Create and maintain technical design artifacts and engineering documentation.
• Support validation and testing activities to ensure product quality and performance.
• Participate in risk assessment and mitigation efforts throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with quality, product, and engineering stakeholders to prepare software releases.
• Review existing processes and documentation frameworks, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor team members on best practices related to documentation, requirements management, and software quality.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting efforts across complex systems.
