Job summary

FastTek Global in Michigan is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable backend and frontend solutions for the Work and Material Management team. You will own features end-to-end within .NET 5+ backend services and modern Angular/React frontends.

You will work cloud-first on Azure, mentor peers, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders in an Agile environment to drive reliability and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing enterprise backend systems with .NET 5.0+.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React/Next.
• Ability to mentor and uplift teammates in tools and practices.
• Cloud-focused development and troubleshooting in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable applications for WAMM team.
• Build and maintain .NET 5.0+ backend services and modern frontend apps (Angular/React).
• Develop cloud-first solutions and Azure modernization efforts.
• Maintain end-to-end solutions and resolve production issues for reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver scalable software.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support upskilling initiatives.
• Participate in Agile delivery, paired programming, and incremental design.
• Support SAP PO and BTP integrations and document networking diagrams.
