Job summary

Equifax is seeking creative, high-energy software engineers to design, develop and operate high-scale applications across the full stack. You will work on cloud-native microservices using Java/SpringBoot and modern UI technologies, collaborating across globally distributed teams.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and data-driven solutions with opportunities to influence architecture and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• 5+ years experience with Cloud technology: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 5+ years experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate high scale applications across the full engineering stack.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Apply modern software development practices (serverless, microservices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
• Integrate systems with internal systems, Data Fabric, CSA Toolset.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions.
• Work with a globally distributed engineering team.
• Triage issues and diagnose impact on operations and quality.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Research and develop software applications to extend Equifax solutions.
• Collaborate on data access scalability issues.
• Participate in Sprint planning and retrospectives.
