Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure development experience delivering scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java or Go.
• Background in AI, ML, and data analytics with application to infrastructure.
• Ability to diagnose complex distributed systems issues and drive root-cause resolution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud services for job execution, resource management, and storage.

What we need to see:

• A track record of operating large-scale distributed platforms and improving reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on work with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and multi-cluster or multi-region environments.
• Success building observability, alerting, and automated remediation systems that reduce operational toil.
• Expertise in capacity planning, performance tuning, and preparing rapidly growing platforms for production
• Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous infrastructure challenges, from solution design through ongoing operation and continuous improvement.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
