Job summary

Alexander Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain internal applications using C#, .NET Web API, SQL, and modern UI libraries (Vue.js/React). You will collaborate with business teams, estimate work, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Proficiency with Azure, Graph, Postman, and REST APIs is preferred. Role requires 5–7 years in corporate software development, US work authorization, and a bachelor's in CS or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of programming experience in a corporate or software development environment.
• Strong SQL skills and database design/optimization.
• Experience with UI libraries such as Vue.js or React, and C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft Graph.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship needs (TN visa acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Systems Analyst and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into development plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications with clean, efficient code.
• Build back-end services using C# and .NET Web API and create REST endpoints.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using SQL.
• Review generated code and ensure security, scalability, and performance.
• Work with Visual Studio or VS Code and debugging tools.
