Job summary

Groundworks, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and Angular web applications in a cloud-based, Azure-enabled environment.

You will work in a fast-paced Agile team, own features end-to-end, participate in code reviews, and contribute to modern DevOps practices, TDD, and secure coding standards. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 with employee ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and Angular web applications.
• Proficiency with .NET Core and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Develop scalable APIs, web applications, and backend services using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and fellow developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, and contribute to reliability and security.
