CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Box Office Platform team within the Fleet Engineering Organization. You will build and operate services and automation that power the hardware lifecycle across our global fleet, owning Go-based services and APIs that connect data centers, vendors, and internal platforms.
You will ensure reliability, scalability, and ease of integration for internal stakeholders.
The Box Office Platform team sits within CoreWeave’s Fleet Engineering Organization, which is responsible for the automated provisioning and management of CoreWeave’s rapidly growing global fleet of hardware nodes and node types. This team plays a central role in CoreWeave’s growth by building the systems that coordinate hardware RMA, data center operations, node repairs, and vendor integrations into a cohesive, highly reliable fleet management engine.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Box Office Platform team, you will build and operate services and automation that power CoreWeave’s hardware lifecycle management experience. These services enable internal stakeholders to manage repairs and remediation of server nodes as CoreWeave continues to grow. You’ll own Go-based services and APIs that connect our data centers, vendors, and internal platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and easy to integrate with.
The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
