Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. seeks a Sr Software Developer Associate to design, code, and implement software components for the MCP Server SDK, focusing on hands-on API and backend development and Azure-integrated connectors to Microsoft Graph.

The role requires strong programming skills and cloud experience in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. The position is full-time, on-site in Los Angeles, with a BS in a related field and ~10 years of experience in API development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 10 years of software development experience with API and backend services.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C# with RESTful API design.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain MCP Server SDK modules.
• Implement and optimize code for data integration with Microsoft Graph API (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Develop PoC connector code for PMRT/CCaR based on Systems Engineer’s analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control in Azure.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software.
• Provision and configure secure Azure development environment components (App Service, SQL Database, VPN).
