Motional is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Actions Sustaining Team in Las Vegas to diagnose, develop and deploy solutions for our autonomous vehicle software, accelerating growth of our capabilities. You will dive into the Planning and Controls stack, parse logs, replay simulations, own deployments, and build internal tooling to automate log analysis and improve team efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Robotics or related field.
• 3+ years of C++ development in production systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and large codebases.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Interest in driverless technology and safety.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose issues in the Planning and Controls stack; parse logs and replay simulations.
• Own deployment of software fixes including testing and releases.
• Develop internal tooling to automate log analysis and workflows.
• Serve as a technical liaison between teams for alignment.
