Job summary

Google is seeking software engineers to build the next-generation technologies that connect billions of users and enable seamless cross-device experiences. You will work on critical projects, exploring information retrieval, distributed computing, and large-scale system design within our Android ecosystem.

Our ChromeOS + Android focus centers on fast, secure, and intelligent computing. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of software development experience with consumer facing products.
• 2 years mobile app development experience and Android architecture.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Preferred: BLE, Wi‑Fi Direct, mDNS or related device discovery frameworks.
• Experience with peer-to-peer connectivity and cross-device APIs.
