Job summary

Serrala Group GmbH is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own and drive frontend engineering within the Platform Team. You will build a scalable micro-frontend using Angular and single-spa, while contributing to backend integration via Kotlin/Java + Spring and supporting deployments with Kubernetes.

You will mentor peers, shape frontend architecture, and lead engineering discussions to deliver reliable, high-quality releases across cloud and SAP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and leading frontend applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Angular, Vue or React with recent Angular focus.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and lead technical discussions.

• Own and lead the frontend engineering direction in the Platform Team.

What makes you excel in this role

• Strong production experience with Angular (component architecture, routing, testing, performance).
• Hands-on experience building micro-frontends with single-spa.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of frontend systems and lead via influence. Strong understanding of frontend engineering fundamentals: state management, API integration patterns, security-aware UI patterns, and reliable releases.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading frontend applications.
• Proven in-depth expertise in one frontend technology such as Angular, Vue or React- Recent experience in Angular
• Ability to mentor colleagues and lead technical discussions
