Prattwhitney in Omaha, NE is seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our Air Traffic Solutions team. As part of this role, you will develop and support safety-of-life air traffic management systems used globally for civil and military traffic control.

You should have a strong background in software development, including experience with Unix/Linux and Java or C/C++. The position offers flexible work weeks and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience with complete software development lifecycle using Java or C/C++.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software packaged in ATMS products.
• Participate in the agile process including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Work with an integrated engineering team in a collaborative environment.
