Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a leading growth and strategy firm, is seeking a Software Engineering Senior Associate/Consultant to design and deliver production-grade software systems and AI-enabled tooling for high-visibility client engagements and internal platforms.

The role focuses on building scalable software platforms, cloud-native architectures, and AI-powered tooling, collaborating with executives and multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions with strong security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ≥2 years experience, or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Strong proficiency in APIs, distributed systems, and cloud services.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-enabled applications or tooling into production.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments with evolving requirements.
• Willingness to travel and commute to office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale core software platforms integrating data, AI services, and user-facing apps.
• Develop AI-powered tools, including decision support systems and internal copilots.
• Design and maintain robust service architectures (APIs, event-driven, batch/real-time pipelines).
• Establish engineering best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, performance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to productionize models and agents.
