Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled software applications and workflows to support data-driven analysis and mission objectives. You will build AI-enabled capabilities, APIs, and automation tools, while deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, security measures, and governance across production environments.

A Top Secret clearance is required or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, AI, data science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or related field.
SIX+ years of relevant experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications and AI-enabled systems.
Experience with software engineering, application development, testing, system integration, and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications, workflows, and user-facing tools for data-driven analysis and decision-making.
Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities, analytics solutions, APIs, and automation into mission applications and business processes.
Develop CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and recovery processes.
Implement data governance, access controls, auditability, and security measures for sensitive information.
Deploy, evaluate, and maintain AI-enabled capabilities including local LLMs, OCR/NLP, ranking models, APIs, and automation tools.
